It gives you a quick, easy way to check whether the article you're reading was written by a person or a machine. Fíor is the Irish word for true.

Yes. The browser extension and the Playground are both free. The Playground needs a free account.

Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and your account is ready. There's no password.

No. The extension reads a page only when you press Run. Pages you never check are never read.

It does well on the kind of news text it was trained on, but no AI detector is perfect. Treat a result as a strong hint, not proof.
