These Terms of Service govern your use of Fíor, including the website, dashboard, browser extension, and related services.

By creating an account or using Fíor, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the service.

Fíor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to operate the service securely and reliably, no guarantee is given that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Fíor uses machine learning to generate probability-based classifications. Results are advisory only and should not be treated as definitive proof or the sole basis for important decisions.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.

If you delete your account, your account record, API keys, and user-linked analysis history are deleted. Shared system records that are no longer linked to any user data may also be cleaned up as part of normal maintenance.

Access to the service may be suspended or revoked where necessary to protect the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Fíor after an update means you accept the updated terms.
